As we embrace the potential of generative AI to boost household wealth in the United States by nearly $500 billion annually by 2045, it is crucial to address the continued disparities in wealth accumulation, with only 38 cents of every new dollar benefiting Black households.
Seventy-two percent of All Star Code Scholars' parents are foreign-born, enabling us to break barriers and create pathways to success for overlooked communities. Through comprehensive coding education and mentorship, we help young men of color transform their futures and keep the American Dream alive, ensuring they can fully benefit from the opportunities GenAI presents.

The impact of our program is profound. Currently, we have 325 of our alumni working in the tech industry. Each of these Scholars has the potential to earn up to $1.65 million in their first 15 years. This means our 325 working Scholars are on track to collectively earn over $536 million by 2040, building generational wealth for their families. Now, imagine the impact if all 1,600 of our Scholars enter the tech workforce. They have the potential to earn up to $2.64 billion within their first 15 years in the tech industry, each one able to funnel investment back into their communities.
